  • Secondary IV History & Citizenship

It is the responsibility of the student to provide the College with positive proof of completion before September 20th. Failure to supply such proof will result in the cancellation of the student’s registration and contract.

  • Alberta Grade XI (67 - 100 credits)

Admissions Procedures

An application package is available from the guidance office in some local schools. If it is not, write directly to: Admissions Office, Centennial College, 3641, avenue Prud'homme, Montréal, Québec H4A 3H6. You may also request a package by e-mail at the following address: collegeinfo@centennial.qc.ca.

Complete the material as instructed and return it to the Admissions Office of the College as early as possible. Applications received before April 1st will receive priority. Be sure to include the following: both the Québec and the Centennial application forms; a copy of the most recent report from the school you are currently attending, Secondary V or equivalent, as well as cégep or college results, if applicable; a copy of your birth certificate and permanent residence papers (if applicable); and the application fee of $40.00.

Transfer Students

Students who have taken courses at the college or university level elsewhere must have their college or university send us an official transcript of record in addition to the material mentioned above. The official transcript should be sent once the courses are completed. An unofficial transcript should be included with the application forms.

Late Admissions

Late applications will be considered after all regular admissions have been received. Students who meet admissions criteria will be admitted on a rolling basis until the available space is filled.

Letters of Acceptance

Letters of acceptance are sent to prospective students as soon as their files are complete and are reviewed by the Registrar. All new candidates are required to attend an interview with the College Coordinator, the Student Success Coordinator and/or the Registrar. Accepted students are requested to confirm their admission within two weeks of receiving the letter of acceptance. This confirmation must include the $200 registration fee. All acceptances of students currently in Secondary V are conditional upon successful completion of their Secondary School Diploma with the required courses for College entrance. An examination that is failed and forms part of the Secondary School Certificate will annul the student's acceptance. Proof of completion of the Secondary School Certificate must be presented to the College Office before the first day of classes of the student's first session.
